Security Overview

This page is a high-level overview of how Pickled Lemons LLC approaches security for PLCompliance. It is not a formal audit report or guarantee.

1. Transport and hosting

• Site and portal are served over HTTPS.
• Application and database run on managed cloud hosting with secrets stored in environment configuration.

2. Access control

• Portal features require authenticated accounts.
• Administrative tools are limited to authorized staff.
• API keys for email, AI, and CAPTCHA are not stored in public source code.

3. Application controls

• Framework CSRF protection on forms.
• Rate limits and CAPTCHA on the public guest label check.
• Password reset when email delivery is configured.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use strong passwords and limit portal access to people who need it.
• Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
