1. Not legal advice or agency approval

Important: Automated label checks, portal status displays, and website content are assist tools and information only. They are not a state or federal registration approval, a legal opinion, or a certification that a product or label is compliant. You remain responsible for labels, claims, filings, and sales decisions. A qualified person should review materials before filing or distribution.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and protect login credentials.
• Use the portal and free tools only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA, or security controls, or abuse the guest label check.
• Do not upload malware or content you lack rights to use.

3. Client services

Paid work is governed by the quote or engagement terms we provide. Agency fees are typically pass-through. Timelines depend on agencies and completeness of your materials.

4. Disclaimers and liability

The site and tools are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that automated checks will catch every issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickled Lemons LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or tools. Paid services may have additional limits in the engagement terms.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, unless a written engagement says otherwise.
